As Founder and Managing Partner of Good Investment Partners, Ryan provides the vision for the firm’s leadership and operational teams while building strategic partnerships with investors and key stakeholders. Known for his ability to align the right opportunities with the right partners, he leverages longstanding relationships to source opportunities in various market sectors and segments.
Ryan has been a driving force in Denver’s real estate industry for more than 20 years. Prior to founding Good Investment Partners, Ryan served as Executive Vice President and Partner for the largest privately held real estate firm in Denver. He was instrumental in the significant growth of the company and ultimately disposition of all assets that led to multiple record-setting sales. Through this process, Ryan developed a deep understanding of what next-generation businesses need to grow and succeed.
A recognized leader within the industry, Ryan has received the 2020 NAIOP Sherman R. Miller Trailblazer Award, 2019 Denver Business Journal 40 under 40 Award and was part of the Leadership Denver Class of 2015. He is a member of ULI, DMCAR, SIOR and NAIOP.
Vice President, Partner
Hannah leads GIP’s Investments platform. She oversees sourcing, acquisitions, financing, capital structure, asset/portfolio management, and overall investment strategy.
Hannah joined GIP from Berkeley Partners where she served as Associate Director, Acquisitions/Asset Management. Prior to that, Hannah was at Prologis, a global leader of logistics. Over her career, Hannah has been involved in the execution of more than $1.5 billion of transactions across the country.
Vice President Operations, Partner
Caroline Grote serves as Partner & Vice President of Operations for GIP. She is integral to the operational strategy, human capital, risk management and greater company culture and vision at GIP.
Most recently, Caroline served as Vice President of Operations for the largest privately held real estate firm in Denver where she was involved in the strategic expansion and successful winddown of the organization. Caroline strives to preserve culture and integrity no matter the situation.
Investment Associate
Alex has over 8 years of experience across finance and real estate, most recently working in multifamily brokerage. Prior to that, Alex worked in research and trading for a $20 billion AUM portfolio.
Construction Manager
Matt Ferguson serves as Construction Manager for all GIP’s development projects.
Throughout the entirety of the development and construction process, Matt works closely with all parties to ensure projects move forward and are completed on schedule and within budget.
Vice President Finance & Accounting
Bryan serves as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at GIP. He oversees the financial management of the operating company as well as all assets within GIP’s portfolio. He works closely with other departments to carry out the company’s strategy as it relates to financial goals and performance.
Bryan brings over 20 years of finance and real estate experience in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, Bryan served as CFO for Great Divide Brewing Company where he was involved in the strategic expansion of the brewery. In this role he effectively managed the acquisition and development of the RiNo facility while also overseeing finance and operations.
General Manager, 4400 S. Clay RV Storage
Courtney Hart currently serves as General Manager for GIP’s 4400 S. Clay RV Storage property. She is responsible for the oversight and day to day management of the facility, operations and personnel.
Courtney comes to us with a background in operations and property management. Her unique set of management skills and commitment to professional standards avail in the success of our assets.
